Please read these terms carefully before placing an order. By booking a service with Tailor Bazar, you agree to these terms.
Our Commitment & Rules of Engagement
Welcome to Tailor Bazar. We provide doorstep garment services, including tailoring, stitching, steam ironing, laundry, and dry washing. By accessing our platform, scheduling a pickup, or submitting a service order, you enter into a legally binding agreement governed by these Terms of Service.
We reserve the right to revise or modify these terms at any time. Any changes will be updated on this page, and your continued use of our services indicates acceptance of the updated policies.
1. Booking & Home Pickups
All bookings must be scheduled through our official web application. We provide free doorstep pickups and expert master tailor sizing visits. Sizing visits are strictly subject to time slot availability and are limited to coordinates pinpointed on the user dashboard. Sizing slots must be rescheduled at least 2 hours in advance.
2. Custom Styling & Measurements
Our master tailors take precision measurements during home visits. While we aim for a 100% perfect fit, slight dimensional variations can occur depending on fabric elasticity. We offer free alterations within 7 days of delivery for stitching discrepancies. Requests after 7 days may incur additional custom charges.
3. Garment Care & Liability
We treat all clothing items with professional cleaning solutions. Tailor Bazar is not liable for color bleeding, chemical reactions on poor-quality dyes, shrinkage of pre-shrunk fabrics, or damage to aged/delicate fibers. In the rare event of verified physical loss or damage caused by our negligence, compensation is capped at 5x the service charge.
4. Billing & Unclaimed Orders
Final pricing for custom designs will be estimated and updated by our boutique. Work begins only after price confirmation. All payments must be made online or to the rider via authorized methods upon delivery. Completed orders left unclaimed in our storage facility for more than 45 days will be disposed of without liability.
